Dr. Maximilian Riesenhuber has extensive consulting and management experience across the entire spectrum of Human Resources. A psychologist with a doctorate degree in strategic management he has worked with clients across all industries, from start-ups to multinational corporations. Maximilian‘s central focus is the alignment of the HR and Talent strategy with the overall business goals as well as the pragmatic, business-centric implementation of strategic talent initiatives. This approach also serves him well on the motorcycle race track – with the overarching goal in mind he tackles the immediate challenge of each turn.
